Leather Chairs Living Room

Hi, We'll move into our new house and I'm thinking of having a sofa + ottoman to make it sectional, and 2 occasional chairs. Please suggest what fabric should I use, or should I use fabric and leather? Attached is the showroom of the living room. 34 wide x 37.25 tall (highest point) x 21.25 deep. Price: $150 (negotiable).
